daehwi is a god. he sat on the edge of the universe, viewing the planets and galaxies that swirled around him, watching as stars faded out and died, watched when the big bang made numerous more galaxies, witnessed as the galaxies seemed to fade out by the millennium. the best moment, however, was when he sensed life in one galaxy, felt those little heartbeats in his mind.
he didn't know whether he was happy or not. he could have always made life in a galaxy, but he would have rather let a natural one thrive. now, since there was, his mind was clogged with information about the beings, including when their final breath would be.
silently, he found his way to the planet that held life and watched as the beings evolved and died. time after those living beings began seemed to pass daehwi quickly, leaving him to haplessly witness the species chance, begin to fight, kill, and as more and more diverse beings were being created then destroyed by one life form that seemed to think it was superior.
now, he tried desperately to understand these beings, which usually would be easy as he could read their thoughts, but he didn't wish to be intrusive. the beings though, just from watching them, scared him for some reason, as if they were a danger to the many galaxies in the universe. fearing for what these beings were planning to do, daehwi decided to take a form of one of their kind, which they called themselves 'humans'.
he successfully took the form of a young, thin boy. daehwi believed the physical form was fine, it was just a matter of controlling his power and not accidentally burping out fire or something around that severity. taking form was never difficult, but actually being able to enter the planet and be amongst the humans was a whole different game.
after a struggle to do so, he found himself on solid... land, his body awkwardly thrown across the brown dirt of the planet. groaning and coughing, bothered by the oxygen tickling his lungs, he gradually adjusted to the odd atmosphere of the planet as well as balancing himself on the two weird limbs that held him up.
the next issue to overcome was learning how to speak the human's many tongues, which probably wouldn't be much of a problem as when he was watching the planet he picked up on the languages.
---
the first thing that he ever did with one of those humans was getting punctured with an odd sharp object in his chest, presumably where the source of human life should have been.
the human who had stuck the object in his chest looked extremely confused. "what the fu- what are you?!"
daehwi noted he spoke the language called english. "approximately speaking, i am one of your kind, the humans. i thank you for your interaction with me, i have learned much from it."
"you're a monster!" the male human spat, yanking the object out and running away, looking down at the sharp thing as if he expected something to be on it, which suddenly reminded daehwi he should have made himself bleed like a normal person.
"oops." daehwi muttered, continuing walking down the gray stone carved by the humans, gradually adjusting to the loud noises moving monsters made or the flashing brightness from objects that were not stars.
---
somehow daehwi jacked up around his 58119369 year on earth, where his form glitched and he briefly was transferred outside the planet and back into the universe, causing the planet to explode.
"oops," daehwi laughed, finally taken out of the planet that became more tainted as humans explored their boundaries as beings and extended them greatly.
he became terrified as he felt an equally powerful god aura from a being somewhere within the universe as well. fearful, he reached out to the aura to speak with it.
"hello...?"
"ah! there you are, protector p-101~ i came here to inform you that the overall being is going to have you eliminated within two starspans for destroying a vital planet. thank you for your services for us."
