sungwoon was just laying on minhyun's bed, scrolling through his phone that was mainly littered with hotshot activities or photos, as he often tried to keep up with his original family. his heart almost shattered when he saw hotshot would be participating in the unit while he was in wannaone and taehyun with jbj.
he suddenly felt so emotional, that he couldn't be there with them through the tough time of the survival show, he was particularly concerned about quiet boys like hojung or yoonsan suffering from never having screen time for people to notice them. timoteo was shy and junhyuk was silently weird, so sungwoon knew at least one of them would be disappointed in themselves.
tears filled his eyes but didn't spill, a reflection of the emotions felt during downpour. sungwoon could've sworn right at that moment that jisung could smell tears, as the eldest boy peeked down from jihoon's bunk, his hair comically hanging down, seeming hilariously like the here's johnny internet trend. sungwoon looked up at jisung and nearly spat at how funny it was, and sungwoon suddenly appreciated jisung more than he ever had before, with his uncanny ability to make you smile.
"awng, cloudie," jisung pouted when he saw sungwoon's red eyes, still hanging down, "what's the tears for?"
"nothi-"
jisung had leaned to far and fell off of the top bunk, fortunately landing on jaehwan's blanket on the floor. sungwoon's sudden sadness was thrown away faster than it had come, high laughter coming from the shortest boy.
minhyun, worried somebody might have been hurt, came barrelling into the room only to slip on jaehwan's blanket, landing with a louder thump next to jisung. sungwoon, who had witnessed it all, gasped for breath, still laughing his spongebob laugh.
jihoon peeked in at the terror, drawn in by sungwoon's loud laughter, his expression hardening at seeing jisung and minhyun laid across the floor. "you guys are fighting without me?!"
guanlin, seeing an opportunity, ran up and leaped on jihoon, sending the shorter boy to the floor, squashing him easy. jihoon struggled to breathe under the tall boy, while guanlin barely sat on the older boy's back. "i finally won jihoon-hyung!"
seongwu elbowed jaehwan, the two boys seeing the terror from in front of the tv where they watched it. "and fans think we're the insane ones." jaehwan flinched since he had fallen on stage that day, but nodded.
daniel sauntered into the house essentially while three of his teammates were sprawled across the floor, but his smile was so wide that nothing could wipe it off, his jacket oddly puckered around the stomach.
daehwi sighed. "daniel-hyung, we told you, you can't bring cats here."
daniel halted suddenly, his smile vanishing. he pulled shades out of his pocket, putting them on, as well as getting his phone. woojin, laying under the living room table, shook his head.
"not this again..."
daniel dramatically pressed a button on his phone, you don't own me instantly playing.
jinyoung facepalmed, opening the fridge. "this is why ymc never let's us rest, if not we're like this."

Late af but during that thigh fight between Jihoon and Daniel, I kinda knew Jihoon would win, I mean have you seen how thick his thighs are? Daniel's also been getting thinner and his legs are no where near get ugly level anymore :(
If you could pick a w1 pairing to be your parents, who would you pick? Personally, I'd pick Onghwan because they seem like a lot of fun ^^
