I woke up the next morning with Melo and Gelo in my bed and Jordan and Gary in the floor and the sun shining through the window. I grabbed my phone and checked the time..... 9:00 am.

"FUCK!"

I yelled while jumping up and ran to the window, tripping over Gary in the process. I raised the blinds to see snow. Snow in October isn't all that common in Tennessee but sometimes it does happen.

I sigh of relief but I go downstairs to check with mom anyway.

I see my mom cooking breakfast.

"Snow day?

"Yeah. Was that you that fell? "

"I tripped over Gary because I thought we were late. "

Gary joined us in the kitchen soon.

"Dang Aaliyah. You kicked me in my head. "

"Sorry. I thought we were late and I forgot that you were in the floor."

"Mhmmm. I'm sure you did. "

"I did. Leave me alone. "

"Whatever... Good morning Miss Nicole."

"Good morning Gary. "

I heard feet running down the stairs. Jordan's big ass fell at the bottom.

"What was that? "

"My shirt fell. "

"That was too heavy to be a shirt. "

"I was in it. "

"Are you okay??"

"I think I broke a rib."

I got off the stool and go see about Jordan. He's laying face down on the marble floor at the bottom of the stairs.

"Jordan, you're okay. Get up. "

"I am not okay. Help me up. "

"Turn over and I will. "

He turned over and he had a busted lip but that's all. I lifted his shirt and examined his ribs. He might be bruised but he's okay. They're not broken.

" go sit in the kitchen. My mom is making breakfast."

"Liyah go wake your brothers up."

I walked up the stairs and to my room

"Melo and Gelo. "

Gelo raised his head up.

"What time is it?"

"9:07. But we're out today. "

He stood up and stretched.

"For what? "

"Snow day."

"It snows in October?"

"Sometimes. Can you wake Melo up for me and come down stairs.. My mom has breakfast ready."

"Yeah we'll be down in a second."

When I walked out of the room, all I heard was a loud ass smack

"OWW GELO STOP HITTING ME"
