DIY binders

Note: Before we start this NEVER USE AN ACE BANDAGE OR DUCT TAPE TO BIND It can break your ribs and damage other body parts

So I personally use a binder from Gc2b which I highly suggest them they are amazing, you can get them from a few other places. I'll include a list of what I do and don't recommend.

Binders if you don't know what they are, binders are undershirt type things that bind the breast tissue to make it look like you have a flat chest.

To make binders you can cut the legs off of some leggings and cut a hole in the crotch with that might not be really effective so wear a sport or compression bra underneath
You can also measure your breasts and then cut fabric and tie it around your chest or cut four holes into the edges of the fabric and do the corset type of pattern

Don't sleep in your binders or wear them for over 8 hours.

Brands I recommend
- GC2B very diverse in color and style, but get worn down in a few years

-Underworks I have heard fantastic things about this company but haven't used their products myself.

-Point of pride they are a company that takes donations of binders and gives them to people who are struggling financially and can't afford a binder

Please be very cautious buying from Amazon, eBay, Wish, Etc because of sizing issues and are in most cases made poorly. If you plan to buy from these places, please please please do research and check reviews.
