I woke up frightened in the hospital bed. Carl was gone
I sat up "baby?" I whispered
Nobody answered
I looked around the room
"Baby?" I said in a normal voice
He came out of the bathroom with his pants half down
I laughed and covered my mouth
"What's wrong?" He asked pulling his pants up
"Nothing I just couldn't find you" I said
He kissed my forehead
I looked at the clock 3:57am
"Ugh" I plopped back down in the hospital bed
"I can't sleep" I said sitting back up
"Me either" he said sitting on the bed
He held my hand
"We are going to leave in 12 hours, Fiona is going to pick us up and we can go back home" he said smiling
"Let's play a game" I said
"Candy land"
He laughed
"Okay, whatever you say lil mama"
I looked confused
He never calls me that
He grabbed the game from the bin and placed it on the bed
"Alright, let the game begin" he smirked
We stayed up until 9 playing the game until Carl Won
"Finally!" He said waving his hands in victory
His phone started to ring
"One sec babe"
He went outside the room
I could hear what he was saying
"Are you fucking kidding me G dogg" he said
I listened closer
"Yeah, I'll be there at 12pm sharp" carl said walking back inside
"Who was that" I asked
"My boss" he said kind of ticked off
"Ooo I didn't know you had a job" I said in a flirty way
"I didn't until one minute ago" he sighed
I yawned
I laid down and Carl kissed my cheek
"Good night beautiful" he said rubbing my back
"I love you"
Then I dozed off to sleep
