Tonight's a night nature's not sleeping
I can feel her grief and hear her weeping
Four-legged creatures an army assembling
The sea and its dwellers anticipating.

All against mankind and his selfish thinking
The birds of the air in flocks are singing
Their war-cry loud and now more threatening
To defend mother nature in the pains unending.

Mankind fearless and condescending
With fire and technology is deforestating
Digging for jewels and oil is pumping
To fill his pockets till all's satisfying.

Devoted they stand an army alarming
To dry her tears and her honour defending
Mankind's asleep and nature's attacking
To ease their mother from man's abusing.
