The fact that you hate Lucas is really surprising since he speaks so highly of you. I talked to him at the party and all he could talk about was you! I don't know how you feel about her or the mother that you two share. But she's your sister, so my advice would be to give her a chance. Siblings can be annoying but they can also be a blessing.
