Alexa had watched from the sidelines as her true love fell in love with someone who wasn't her. Every day he posted photos of him and her and one day she broke. She finally agreed with her parents to move away when she was fifteen, but what happens...
"C'mon kids. Time to get up, you have a big day today." My mom shouts around the top floor which wakes everyone up.
I get out of my bed and head straight to the bathroom. I take my hair out of its ponytail before washing my face and brushing my teeth.
I then exit the bathroom and pick up the clothes on my desk chair. I put on my favourite floral puffy crop top, a pair of ripped light blue shorts and my white Vans. I braid my hair into a four strand Dutch braid.

Once I am changed into my outfit I take out Snow's harness from one of the cupboards in the upstairs hallway. I put it on her before joining the family downstairs. When I get down the stairs my dad is putting all of the cases in the back of the car.
"So, how are we doing this?" I say as I enter the kitchen and I sit down at the island.
"It's up to you Lex. Pancakes or waffles?"
"Pancakes. I say we arrive a few minutes after else which means we need to get Lenny involved, he pretty much already is though so that's alright." I tell them as I begin to explain my plan. "Then when everyone is inside allocating rooms to whoever wants them, we walk in shouting something to get there attention."
"I like it. Or you could walk in and act as if you never left. Make everyone confused. You said there was an organ inside, use that."
"Or we can miss the two together. I have my original that I can adapt to an organ to sing when I get in. We can still arrive a few minutes later and be like 'Did you really just walk in and ignore me? Wow, three years really does change some folk.'."
"Sounds like a plan. Alexa, you can call Lenny, but be really quick, we don't want the boys and Becky becoming suspicious." My mom tells me as she places my plate of pancakes with golden syrup and different berries in front of me. I nod and take out my phone and call Lenny.
"Hey Lenny."
"Hi there kiddo, what's up?"
"Well, when we get to the Lake House we want to be there a few minutes after you guys, do you mind sending me a quick message saying that you have arrived so we know when the best time to come in is?"
"Of course not. The kids are gonna be so surprised."
"I know, I can't wait. Does Roxanne know?"
"Nope. Only me. We'll see you in a few hours, we're just getting ready to leave."
"Okay. I gotta go."
"Ok bye."
After getting off of the phone with Lenny I eat my pancakes while joining in the conversation with Cass and Nath. You could say they were worried.
I laugh while explaining to the persistent teens that there was nothing to be afraid of, did they listen, no. I just sigh and pick up my plate and clean it in the sink before grabbing Snow's lead.
I clip it into her harness and leave the house to take her for a short walk to the stables and back. The stables were a lovely place with lovely horses and ponies, which included my childhood horse Kosta.
The walk isn't very long but it was a way to catch up with some of the staff and the riders that I used to see all the time. We head back after forty five minutes to Nath and Cassidy playing a game I never understood, Slime Rancher.
I let Snow off her lead and take of her harness and join the two in the living room. I pick up my MacBook from the coffee table and open it up to see a couple of Twitter notifications. I look through them before loging on to my Tumblr and looking through some of the updates on Pretty Little Liars and Bunk'd. Oh, did I tell you that Keithie was a guest star playing Luke Ross in two episodes, yeah that happened. (I wanted to include either Bunk'd or Jessie and it was easier to include Bunk'd because Luke is only in two episodes, hope you guys understand.)
Nothing was really that interesting so I decide to work on the lyrics to a new song. I open up a word document and start to type lyrics.

I am cut short just before I start to write the chorus by my mom calling us all to the car. I close the screen of my laptop and put it into a laptop bag so I can bring it with me. I am last to leave the house and my mom locks the door after I leave. I jump into the back of my parents car and sit on the right side next to Cassidy.
"Right we'll be there in about 10 minutes so don't freak out."
"But what if they hate us and think that we're clingy or outsiders?"
"How many times must I tell you? You're gonna be fine. They'll love you guys, literally." I tell the two teens sat next to me in the back.
"I trust you Lexie." Nath tells me and I smile.
We continue driving for a few minutes before we finally reach the Lake House. All the cars are parked outside and everyone is in the main room inside. This is it.
I get out of the car first and walk up to the door. I sent Lenny a message a few minutes before we arrived and he told me just to go straight in. I take a deep breath before opening the door.
"Alright so you all decided to walk right in and ignore me, wow, I guess not seeing some people for three years changes them." I say as I enter the house. I look around at the peoples faces which go from an array of angry, to shocked, to pure excitement.
"Alexa, is that you?" I hear Chloe say from the kitchen, shocked to her head.
"The one and only." I laugh and everyone bundles me in a hug, even the adults. Well, everyone except Harley. "Wait, I brought friends. I think you'll like them."
"Can we come in?" I hear Nath say as he peeks through the door. I nod and they come in along with my parents. The adults greet my parents and I introduce Cassidy and Nath to everyone.
"So this is Nath and Cassidy, my best friends from Miami who now live with us in my grannies old place." I tell everyone. "We moved back there two days ago and we are staying there permanently."
"Hey Lexa, is Nath single or is he taken?" Charlotte says from behind Donna. I laugh awkwardly before looking at Nath.
"Taken." I say before he pecks me on the lips. I smile as he pulls away and I look back at the the teens and three adults. Yes, Andre, Braden and Greg were twenty one, meaning they should be the most mature. We'll find out that sooner or later. I look at Harley who has her arm around Keithie and has that face. As if she was plotting something.
That was the least of my worries right now. I had finally reunited with the rest of my huge family and it was the start of something new.
