He was taller than bother Steven and I, he wore a shirt with the letter D that looked like the thing this store sells. His ears were stretched with some sort of jewelry inside. I could tell he was human, but his color was, off, off like mine. instead of a brown like color palate, he had more of a reddish pink. He looked at me funny before a bright smile filled his face.
"Hey Steven! Who's this little blueberry?" He asked.
"Lars, this is Ruby!" Steven cheered in delight. "She's new to Earth!"
"Hi." I whispered as i stepped back. He looked at me like he knew exactly what I was. He walked out from behind the counter and lowered down to my height.
"You're an off color, aren't you?" He asked, I nodded in responce as I hid behind Steven. "Hey hey, no worries I'm not gonna hurt you! Some of my best friends are off colors! I'm Lars, it's very nice to meet you!" He giggled after he said that, I felt myself get unstable.
"WHAT'S A DONUT?"
