Day 7.5

Your POV

I was chatting to the boys, they made me laugh. I saw Finn come into the restaurant, he was looking for someone. I tried to hide but failed, I guess i just had to let him find us. He spotted us and started running to our table. 

"Y/N!! I need to talk to you" Finn said eventually at the table

"I'm sorry Finn but whatever was you know... going on between us is over okay!" I replied 

 "Please, just hear me out... If you still don't like me after then fine, i'll leave you alone forever" I liked the sound of that, then i wouldn't have to worry about catching feelings again.

"Fine" I said bluntly 

"well follow me then" he said taking my hand and guiding me to a private area near the back of the resort

This is when Finn started pouring his heart out to me, basically saying that he was always so scared of getting used and people only liking him for the fame he said that for one holiday he wanted to be someone other than Finn, just a normal kid. He then said that he was going to tell me but he was scared of losing me, and that he cared about me more then anyone he had ever met and  he didn't want to hurt me. He sounded genuine but I have been fucked over in the past so I have always had a problem with trust issues, I guess that is why it hurt so much when i realised that he had lied to me. This time though I didn't want my trust issues to ruin the best thing in my life right now.

"Prove it" I said, referencing back to when he kissed me. I wanted badly for him to do it again. Seems like he didn't get the reference because he shouted

"How the hell do I prove this?!" he looked angry. I rolled my eyes and I kissed him, this time though it was different. It was more passionate, it was like we had to lose each other to realise how much we liked each other. He snaked his hands around my waist and kissed back. I heard a gasp

"FINN WOLFHARD!!"  Jack came around the corner and had his hands around his mouth. I giggled and pulled away 

"take it the talk went well then" jack said winking

"Leave us alone Jack" Finn said, kinda pissed

"No more alone time you two" jack said pointing his finger at us 

"Whatever, I have pancakes to finish anyway" I said trying to lighten the mood

"No you don't, we are going to the beach remember" Finn said

"Uh sure yeah" I replied 

"Well come on then" Finn said gesturing

"OKAY!! BEEP BEEP" Jack said

"Not you kiddo" Finn replied, Jack fake cried and then started to walk back to the restaurant

"You coming?" Finn asked holding out a hand, i grabbed it and we walked down to the beach.

At the beach we went into the sea, I felt a splash on my face. 

"I hate you Finn Wolfhard" i said splashing back

He then grabbed my waist and threw me into the water as i screamed. 

We basically just wrestled in the water until it started to get dark 

"We should probably get back to the resort now" I said "I heard that there is an entertainment show on  that the holiday crew are acting in so we should go see that after dinner" 

"yeah" he said "Well I'll go find my family, Wyatt, Jack and Jaeden for dinner then" 

"See ya" I said "tell the boys i said hi" 

"will do" he said walking away

Finn's POV

"FINNS HERE!" Jaeden shouted as I went to go sit down at the table, my mum and dad were at another table because there wasn't enough seats at a table for all of us.

"You know what i saw Finn and y/n doing" jack said doing an evil grin 

"We don't wanna know Jack" Wyatt said 

"So yous are good then?" Jaeden said 

"I think so" i replied "still not official"

"Guys I don't wanna talk about this at dinner time, i'm still scarred" Jack said 

"Your acting like a two year old but fine" I said

"What were they even doing Jack" Wyatt said

Your POV
We had finished our dinner and now I was going to meet up with finn to go see the entertainment down in the theatre in the resort. 

"I wouldn't get your hopes up cause it's probably going to be crap" I told him shoving a handful of popcorn into my mouth.

"Hah! Yeah probably" He said "oh well"

he put his arms around me as the production began

The show ended and me and Finn walked out holding hands 

"Finn..." 

"Yeah"

"What are we"

"what do you mean" he said looking slightly worried 

"Like, are we dating or..." I said feeling slightly awkward

"Uh... I mean I guess" He said looking awkward too

"Cool" I said snuggling into his neck as we continued walking

We didn't talk much the walk back but it wasn't awkward, it was peaceful. Every so often i would look up at him and admire him and every so often he would look at me. I thought that the butterflies would go away when we became official but they were still there, whenever i saw him and whenever he spoke. It was the 7th day of my holiday....  I am going back home on the 9th
