little One's Bleeding Mouth

Your fur is soft
That of a pup,
Your mouth however is not that loft
For your bite seems to not letup.

Your tongue is raspy
That of a kitten,
Your words bullets that grasp at me
For your mouth never shall smitten.

Why is it you have become so violent,
Is it that your thoughts are silent?
Your words quietest when unspoken,
Is it because all your teeth are broken?

Please oh please listen little one,
For you see your mouth is bleeding,
Let me just help and you not run,
Or else this world you'll be leaving.

But who is to say it is your fault?
For they caused your mouth to bleed,
Now what's left from this brutal assault...
Is only the little one's bleeding mouth to feed.
