Lauren:sadly,yes.
Lilly:not for long!!!!
Lauren:you know, alex tried to ask me out
Lilly: tried?
Lauren: he got a call and decided to tell me tomorrow...
Adam: awwhh that sucks ;(
Lauren: it really does
Lilly: it's ok. He's obviously interested in you tho!!
Lauren: yep. I'm so glad no one is third wheeling in this friend group
Adam: ikr! We are so nice to each other!
Lilly: there's not one thing that can tear us down!!

I put my phone down and looked at my ceiling
There's a little mark of yellow on my ceiling from when Alex came over when we were little.
We were jumping on the bed with markers and got some one the ceiling.
Those good old days where we didn't care about anything but pretended to care about everything.
I wish he could come over again
But then again, he might catch on.

I drifted off into sleep.

Got ready, groaned, and left.
And got a text from Adam

Lauren: yes?
Adam: I want to tell you something!
Lauren: yeah?
Adam: me and Lilly are together!!!!!!!!!!!
Lauren: no. Way.

Lauren: I would have never guessed!

At school

Lilly: hi!

Lauren: hey.

Adam came over to us

Adam: hey baby!

Ugh. Really? Baby? Lilly hates that word!

Lilly: oh just talking!

Adam: sweet! Hey do you think your free tonight?
