Chapter 1 - The Beginning

Elsa's POV~

    It's been 7 months since I found my happiness. 7 months since I had found my sister and everything had changed.

    I sat up in my bed, reminiscing my days alone as I looked up at sunlight breaking through the thin curtains.

Knock knock!

"Come in."

    The door opened to reveal my childhood maid Irma, pushing a cart for a tray of food who was then followed by a cheerful Anna, bedhead and all.

    "Hi!"
   She said as she hopped in and stood beside me.
    I giggled.

"Hello Anna. It's been 7 months, you don't have to keep doing this."
    Small giggles escaped from my lips.

    "Of course I don't! But i'm making up for lost time so you don't feel bad!"

"Who said I felt bad?"
    I smiled.

    "I can see it!! Besides, it's kinda fun, seeing you and your bedhead.."
She trailed off as she looked at my hair.
   
    I looked in front of my bed to see what she was looking at.
    My hair was complete in its curliness. I laughed.

    "WHAT! You're such a queen even your hair obeys you!"
    Anna exclaimed.

    "Your Majesty, the tray will fall."

  I forgot Irma had set the tray of food on my lap as I moved around.

    "Uhhh no no Elsa, we are eating in the dining room today!"
    Anna grabbed the tray.

"Why?"

    "Uhhh, because we haven't in awhile."

I looked up to think about the last time.

"Wasn't that last night?"

    "OKAY SO?? GET DRESSED ELSA! WE ARE EATING DOWNSTAIRS!"
And with that, Anna strutted out, along with Irma.

  I sighed.
    I could never depress Anna.

  Like she said, I got ready. I changed into my gown and fixed my hair. Brushed my teeth, and put on my heels.

  Walking down the steps, I saw Anna waiting with the tray with her mouth agape.

   "You never fail to amaze me..."

"Come on Anna, before you eat a fly before your eggs."
    I said as I began pushing her.

    "Okay! That's only happened once!"

    We both laughed as we made our way down a long hall to the dining room. Irma having had heard us, has already prepared a buffet of dishes as she knew Anna could eat more than 1 tray.
    Anna set down my tray in front of the head seat and sat next to it with an empty plate.

    "Yes! Waffless and chocolate! Why don't we just have a spread of chocolate? We wouldn't have to melt this!"
    She exclaimed as she piled onto her plate.

"Good point, you should get started on that."

    "Maybe I will!"
   Before she started cutting her waffles.

I laughed as I also begun to eat chocolate with my waffles. A tradition we so-called it now between us.

    "So anything else going on with that weird black stuff in the air?"
    Anna asked with a mouth full of food.
    She had mastered the skill of talking clearly with a full mouth.

"Chew your food first and no, not yet. Just that it's been here for the past 3 days and it's progressively growing."
    I sighed.

"It's beginning to affect the people though. They believe it's a sign of death so they are going half crazy."

She laughed.

    "Half crazy! HAH! You need to check on them."

"I am. That is what i'll be doing later."

    "Oh! Oh! Oh! Can i come?"
Anna pleaded with puppy dog eyes.

I giggled.

"Of course you can."

"Yay! Sister bonding time!!"
