It's been weeks without luck. Everyday Haymitch calls to hear any good news for tickets. Nothing.

I decide a decision that could mean life or death. I'll walk. I'll start my journey at Dusk in a exsct week. The captiol is almost the distance from Virginia to Colorado in historic times. About 100 years ago.

It's a long, LONG journey that it is months of work and percision. I'll have to keep at it, but if I keep at this too long. Sitting and waiting, we'll get no where. I might as well be on my way.

I walk down the stairs. The only people here Annie and Baby Finni. They are asleep in the guest room. They won't hear me.

I grab the dust coated suitcase from the down'stairs' closet and blow on it. The dust swirls around and causes me to gag.

"Ugh god!" I choke.

I unzip it carefully, making sure I don't damage it's compartments.

I grab my travel bags filled with all my needs. Has some crackers with water. I'll have some clothes already stored and that's about it. Oh and I'll need money.

I do through my wallet and only find two $20, one $40, six $1, eight $2, and one $5. Leaving me with $93. I'll stop off at the bank on my way into District 7. Past District 7 is 5, then with 4, finally reached 1 & 2. After that is the Capitol. It will be a long treacherous trip but I'll make it. Only stopping at rest stops every 2 days. Eating resturant foods once a day to go. This shouldn't be too hard. Just I'll exercise before I go and sleep a ton. I'll need my energy.

Annie wakes up to me with a suitcase.

"Where do you think your going, young lady?" She speaks, like a mother. Well she is one. But obviously not mine.

"No where."

"Looks like somewhere far."

"No I am just filling my travel bag once we get train tickets.

"Okay." She bluntly states.

I think she's onto me.

Crap.
