Logan's House 8pm
Zac's POV
The party had already started everyone was drinking and talking in their groups and I walked in later then the others as my parents were a bit concerned. But I spotted Jude. Davis and Logan huddled in a corner of the room with Jude eying Melisa and Davis staring into space.
"Hey guys " I said approaching them
"Zac! You ready to get wasted!" Logan said half drunk
"It's ok I don't wanna drink yet"
Jude chucked his drink on the floor when Melisa was approaching him.
"Hey I'm Melisa I'm new round here"
"I'm D-"
"Hi I'm Jude" Jude said cutting off his brother
"Hi! I will see you around"
"Do you wanna dance" Jude said regretting it
"Sure" She replied taking Jude by suprise and he went off with her into the next room
"What a chump!" Logan said.
"I...s goin hit da Bar coming?" He said drunk
"I'm fine" Me and Davis both said
I scanned the room looking for familiar faces. There was Jude. Melisa. Logan.Davis. Katrina. Haylee. David and Michael.
But then I caught sight of Sawyer she was wearing a red dress with makeup on. Carrying a white clutch bag with white mini heels with curls in her hair.
Which made me smile
"Hello!" Davis said getting me back to reality
"Excuse me I've gotta go" I said pushing past him
I was approaching Sawyer and her group of friends when her friends all went quiet and starting staring at me. I knew they all liked me but they backed away knowing I wanted to talk alone
"Hey Sawyer"
"Zac" She said disapprovingly
"So. Cool party huh"
"Not bad but I've had better" She said supping her drink
"Why are you so.... edgy around me Sawyer"
"What do you mean?"
"Your having a good time with your friends but as soon as I come over your really sheepish"
"Well your my cousin! Not my boyfriend so stop hitting on me" She said scurrying upstairs. I followed her and locked the door behind me
"Sawyer" I said softer "I'm not your cousin"
"Zac you are. My dad is your uncle. Nathan and Haley are your mum and dad"
"Not biologically"
Which made her look up from her hands
"You don't know what really happened. If it wasn't for Hayley and Nathan id be suffering right now"
"Go on" She said softly but sweetly as I started to describe what happened
"Zac? Really?"
"Unfortunately yes"
"I fear that my abuser will come back for me. Her name began with a C. Something like Connie or Cath"
She smiled wider and pulled me in and she started kissing me passionately but I kissed back. The perfect night!
Jude is getting to know Melissa
Davis did IT with Mackenzie and I got Sawyer to kiss me. It was to perfect
We stopped kissing when my phone rang.
"Mum not now I'm busy"
"You need to come to the hospital right now" Haley said panicky
"Mum calm down. Talk to me"
"Your father has been involved in an accident. He is in a coma" She said holding back tears
"Ok I am coming now mum stop worrying"
"Jamie and Madison were in the car too and they haven't been found" I hung up the phone and Sawyer got up with me after hearing the conversation.
I grabbed Lydia's arm on my way downstairs
I climbed in my car with Lydia and Sawyer and drove as fast as I could
A/N this will probably be the last update I do over the next week as I have exams in school to revise for but I promise you I will update at the weekend
