Heats and Ruts

So from my understanding, omega heats last about as long as a woman's menstrual cycle. So about four to seven days. And it all depends but the most normal happening in five is that they go through this every month to every three months. Although some it happens every six months. So about max twelve times to min two times. These are natural and start happening around when the omega hits puberty.

Alpha's ruts however, only happen when they are around an omega in heat. Or basically it's another word for they're horny as hell. Once in a rut, it's hard for an alpha to keep his instincts at bay and not fuck the omega senseless. Some stronger alphas though can do it. Normally they are older or they're around a lot of omegas at a young age.

Betas however do not experience ruts or heats. They are basically just human like us. Women experience their menstrual cycle per normal and men don't experience ruts.
