and all the ugly words
that somehow made you laugh
didn't you think I would notice
when you didn't want me around
when you ran away from me
tried to not drag my attention
and didn't make a sound
but I heard you all
I saw when you ran away
when you left without a word
and I didn't know what to say
I didn't know how to stand up for myself
didn't know how to tell you that it hurt
didn't know how to ask you why you lied
and treated me like dirt
