Act 4 Scene 7- Cordelia and Lear unite! Que 'Chariots of Fire' track

SETTING

French Camp

SUMMARY

Cordelia reunites with Kent and asks him to take off his disguise but he refuses. 

Cordelia turns to doctor and asks about Lear, learns he is sleeping... then Lear is brought in on a chair (ooh, oo, parallels......cheeky Shakespeare) 

 Cordelia talk about horrific treatment of sisters on their father and can't believe them.

 Lear wakes up initially not recognising anyone...but... then... Lear RECOGNISES HER! 

Lear talks about his mistakes and acknowledges his true self and how he should not be forgiven but Cordelia objects-awwwh.

 Doctor says Lear needs more rest and they exit, Kent told of the coming battle.
