I showered and changed into my outfit

I walk downstairs and see a note on the counter
~Hey had to leave early, didn't want to wake you love you~ Shawn
I go upstairs and see brie and Ali both asleep in their crib. I walk into the kitchen and start making some food for the twins. But since I'm 19 I don't really know how to cook considering I'm a teen.
I make some bacon and bake cookies. Right when I was gunna take out the cookies. I hear crying which means the twins are awake.
I go upstairs and as expected the twins are awake and trying to get out of their cribs.
I grab Ali In one arm and Brie in the other. I walk down the stairs extra careful since I had the twins in my arms.
I put them down on the couch and turn on the tv for them but brie starts playing with her toys. I walk back into the kitchen and take out the cookies.
I set them on the cooling rack and call my manager.
"Hey the twins are gunna come with me" I say
"Okay" she says and I hang up.
I turn the bacon and sit down with the twins for a bit.

3:30 rolls around and I'm on my way to TRL Along with the twins And Darla and Kayla since someone needs to take care of the twins backstage.
I enter the building and enter my dressing room with the twins and Darla and Kayla.
"Guys I'm really nervous Ethan and Grayson are gunna be there" I say
"Just act like you didn't have a past with him" Darla says
"Yeah act like nothing happened" Kayla adds and I nod.
"Shows on in 5" a lady says through the speaker.
I walk out of the dressing room and onto the stage where the show took place.
The camera started and the host started asking questions
"So we all know you have 2 very cute angels" the host says and I nod
"Do you have any tips for any other teen mom out their" she asks
"Actually I do have a tip, never separate then especially if there twins they will cry until there with Each other again" I say laughing a bit
"Okay now time for a game chose a fan in the audience" she says and I chose a tall blonde haired girl
"Okay ethan and Grayson come out now" she said and then I saw him. I saw Grayson and stared into my eyes. But I broke the eye contact.
"Okay in this game you will be against Ethan and Grayson with you and your chosen fan" she says _________________________
After the show I ran back into my dressing room.
"It's okay" both Kayla and Darla say while hugging me.
"I'll be right back" I tell them and I go back to my car to get something
"Nikki" I hear someone say and I turn around only to be met with Grayson
"What do you want" I say harshly
"Please answer me truthfully, are the twins mine" he asks obviously anxious to know
"It doesn't matter" I say
"What do you mean it doesn't matter if th-" he says but I cut him off
"WHY THE FUCK DO YOU START CARING NOW, YOU DIDNT CARE BEFORE" I yell at him
"BECAUSE THERES A FUCKEN CHANCE THAT IM THE FATHER" he yells back
"YOU SAID YOU WOULDN'T LEAVE ME THAT YOU'D COME BACK. WHERE THE FUCK WERE YOU THESE PAST 3 YEARS" I yell more furious then ever with a tear slipping down my cheek
"THAT DOESNT MEAN GO SLEEP WITH SHAWN" he yells
"IF IT WEREN'T FOR HIM I WOULD HAVE BEEN RAISING THE TWINS ALONE" I yell
"WHY THE FUCK HAVEN'T YOU CONTACTED ME" he yells
"WHAT THE HELL DID YOU THINK I DID, I CALLED TEXTED YOU NEVER ANSWERED. YOU WERE BUSY WITH YOUR SLUT OF A GIRLFRIEND" I yell at him
"DONT YOU DARE BRING SOPHIA INTO THIS" he yells
"YOUR RIGHT BECAUSE YOU FUCKEN LEFT ME AND IGNORED ME HOW THE FUCK WAS I SUPPOSED TO TELL YOU" I yell
Out of nowhere Sophia comes in. And tries taking Grayson
"If you stay you get a second chance" I say but it comes out as a whisper but loud enough for Grayson to hear
"What" he says
"If you stay you get to see the twins" I say again but much louder then before
"No Grayson let's go" Sophia says
"If I stay does this mean I have to end things with Sophia" he asks me
"I don't know" I respond
"Gray let's go" Sophia says again to Grayson. ____________________________
Grayson's POV I was gunna go with Sophia because she was my girlfriend but I'm gunna come back for nikki for real this time. I'm Gunna come back for her and the twins. ________________________________
Nikki's POV He didn't care. At least not enough, he never cared and at this point he still doesn't care. And he knows he's the father of the twins yet he still doesn't care because he left me again.
And at this point I couldn't hold back the tears that were formed in my eyes. I fall to the floor crying. He left me and the twins. He left us again. He wasn't the Grayson I knew. It was as if I were talking to a complete stranger. Out of nowhere Ethan comes
"He left didn't he" he says and I just nod
"He never cared" I say
"He'll come back just give him some time, I mean he just got the news he's a dad that's a lot to take in" he says while helping me get up from the floor.
"He knew yet he still chose to go with Sophia" I say with more tears strolling down my cheeks
"I have to go" I say and I run as fast as I can just to get away from everything. I think about the twins and how there safe with Kayla and Darla. I just need some alone time.
