Your POV
You woke up from your slumber and realized that today was the day that you started your first day at Beacon. You looked over to your side and looked over your now completed weapon. A sword with two separate blades that split at the beginning and the merged into one point at the tip of the sword. The hole in the middle served a unique purpose, it was so you could charge either blade with dust. There was a button on the bottom of the hilt that, when pressed would open a compartment on the front of the hilt and that is where you would place the dust crystal. Once the dust crystal is inside and the port is closed, both of the swords blades would illuminate to the color of the crystal and become charged with what ever element you put in the port. There was also another button on the side of the hilt that would retract the blades so the sword would fit nicely on your side without constantly brushing metal against everything every-time you sat down. You grabbed your black hood cape and pushed the button to retract the blades and put the sword on your waist by attaching it there with a chain that was connected to the hilt of the sword. You changed into a black shirt, blue jeans, and black shoes and then put your cape on before slowly walking to the station where a bullhead would take you to the start of a new school life at Beacon. You would have flown but you don't want other people to know because they all ways get freaked out that you can somehow fly
Timeskip to Boarding
After waiting for about 30 minutes, the bullhead finally arrived to take you and every other first year student to Beacon. There were more people their than you originally thought there would be. It didn't bother you much so you just got on and leaned against the wall waiting for the bullhead to take off. After about five minutes the bullhead took off and you became lost in your thoughts.
You: I wonder what will happen next, maybe I'll find out who that person was who shot my parents all those years ago. Now that I think about it, they have been shot by bullets in the past and it never once affected them, so what was different about the bullets the killer used against my parents? I guess the only way to find out would be to ask the guy himself but I have no idea were he could be....Damnit
You were suddenly brought of your thought by a very familiar voice coming from right next to you, when you looked over to see who it was, you saw it was none other than Yang Xiao Long who was hugging her sister Ruby
You: Wait, Ruby's coming to Beacon to? How she should have to more years at Signal before applying to Beacon. Oh well it's none of my business, maybe she got moved ahead or something like that.
You just stood there and closed your eyes for awhile before you heard a pair of footsteps coming closer to you, when you opened your eyes, you saw Yang and Ruby standing right next to you
You: H..Hey, umm can I help you two?
Yang: (Y/n), is that really you?
You: *sigh* Yes Yang, it's the same person you met two years ago...good to see you again
Yang: Yeah it is, come here you
Yang quickly wrapped you into a hug which caught you off guard. So after Ruby also joined the hug, probably because she didn't want to be left out. After a few seconds they both released you from their grasp and smiled brightly at you and for some reason your heart felt like it was beating faster.
You: The hell...why is my heart racing right now? Geez what ever is happening to me I hope it doesn't happen often, I hope it's just every once in awhile and not all the freaking time.
Yang: So how have you been (Y/n)? You did sorta disappear after we had dinner with you two years ago
Ruby: I actually saw him last night Yang
