you had an increasingly shitty jet lag every time you went abroad. from portugal to the philippines, your eyes sought for some rest. maybe your body agreed to hibernate, too.
it was another one of the daily travels you took. you were once again on the relatively familiar plane, off to vancouver. you swore that you just visited las vegas.
you just wanted a good rest like any ordinary person would get. but that was crossed off of your agenda. the schedules were too many for you to be able to ask your manager for a few extra hours of sleep.
you hated the schedules. and you mostly hated the feeling of being away from home.
