What inspired you to start your art journey?
Contrary to a lot of people here, my art journey wasn't particularly inspired by anything. I enjoyed the praises I received from my peers, but other than that, drawing was just a thing I did because I could and kinda had to. I never took it seriously until recently when I started seeing all these crazy 12 year olds who drew like a unicorn crapped talent all over them.

I mean that sincerely.

How long have you been an artist?
Like everybody else, I've been drawing ever since it hit me that a pencil wasn't meant for drooling on. I was around 3 or 4 then, so I guess if you subtract that by my age, I've been drawing for about 12 years. I took lots and lots of breaks though. The reasons range from simply losing interest because "Wow, this teacher actually makes maths not a pain in the ass??" to "I jumped out of a window and screwed up my fingers so I couldn't use them right for a few years".

I started to take being an artist a lot more seriously around October last year when I took part in an art contest held by @Queen_of_Magic.

What does posting art on Wattpad mean to you?
Well as for that, I actually got Wattpad to write gross fan fictions that I have now graciously deleted for the sake of your mental health. I had also been thinking about posting my art online for some time, but all the art sites I knew were just way too intimidating, so I had the brilliant idea of starting an artbook on Wattpad. I mean, it was a writing site without many Jesus-Lord-wtf tier artists to compare my then art skills with, so it felt comparably safer to DeviantArt and the like. Posting art on Wattpad didn't mean anything to me initially, but now looking back, it's something I should really hold dear.

Any advice for artists starting out on Wattpad?
Ah yes, the thing I suck at the most... It's hard to offer more dishes to the table other than the "just post it my broooo" everyone has already said.

Well, uh, I think it's important to just taLkkKkK. Comment on other's people's art. Interact with your followers. Give comments, compliments, critique, whatever. If you really like someone's art, tell them. Spam them with your love. They'll appreciate it, I swear. You'll make your own group of friends before you know it, and friends make everything better.
