What inspired you to start your art journey?
What probably inspired me the most to start my art journey was looking at other peoples art. As a kid i was always fascinated with how good other people could draw animals or just simply their characters in general. It helped that my mom brought me up in a crafty family, and sharpened my creativity at a young age. Later on, after years of practice, i used my art as a bit of an escape, and i still do today. I use my art to escape from some of my everyday family problems (I use it as a coping mechanism for my mom's heart issues) and stress from school and the people there.

How long have you been an artist?
I've been an artist ever since i was two/three. Really just ever since i could pick up a pencil! Right now, i just turned fourteen as a sort of gauge of how long. It's been about eleven years? I've been doing this for quite a little while!

What does posting art on Wattpad mean to you?
Posting art on wattpad just about means the world to me. Most of my real-life friends hate it when i bring up my art, so having a chance to post my art for people who really like it make me feel quite good about my talent! And getting tips from others through here also help me get better, and i get those through my posted art. I just really enjoy the encouragement from here!

Any advice for artists starting out on Wattpad?
I do! I'm not too good at advice, but i'll try!
- Allways practice! Even if it gets boring or annoying, practice is everything! I would' have gotten where i am today without practicing over and over again.
- if you're having trouble with anatomy or clothing, there's no shame in using references, as long as you're not copying! I used references for a while, before i could get to free hand. And if you can't seem to get it down with references, try looking at yourself in a mirror for proportions or poses! There's no shame in that either! That's what i do most of the time!

Honestly, there's so many things i could say, but if you're a beginner artist or feel like you're struggling, just try to experiment, or look up videos and stuff for art tips! (My personal favorite art tip youtuber is solar sands. Hes informative and straightforward. His art tips are simple, and they're things even the best artists have fallen victim to.
