Rick's POV
"Mr Castle and Miss Beckett?" Called the lady behind the desk
"That would be us" I responded.
"Here are our forms"
"And your proof of Divorce sir?"
"Oh yes here it is"
Kate's seemed so happy just standing there with her head on my shoulder. she seemed like a teenager who was love struck. "God I love her" I thought to myself.
Kate's POV
We were standing there and the lady was just staring at us with this strange look. "I sorry is there a problem?" I said, "yes where is yours, you can't have no wedding until I get your proof of Divorce"
"I'm sorry there must be a misunderstanding I'm not married" I stated
"Well according to this you are"
"Wait, what I'm married" I responded
"To who" Castle said with a confused and a bit of a worried look on his face.
"A Rogan O'leary"

Kate was almost in tears by the time we got to the loft, so when we got inside I went up behind her and gave her a great big hug. she turned around and just snuggled into my chest and cried.
"Castle, it's just not fair it's meant to be me and you, not that loon Rogan. I just want you"
"I know, I know you do but we have the papers we just have to get him to sign them and we can get married" I told her
"But I have no idea where he is castle"
"It's ok we will find him and we will get married"
