I felt like I was ready to pop! Greyson sat at the foot of the bed massaging my feet. "They should be here any day now, they've been little ass kickers since day one." I placed my hand on my protruding belly and relaxed under Greyson's touch. Dmitry came running in the room and jumped on the bed. "When will they get here, I wanna be big bwother!" Greyson and laughed at him. He touched my stomach and put his ear against it. "Huwy up!" Greyson picked him up, and put him over his shoulder. He stood, and helped me get up from the bed.
He placed his hands on my stomach and kissed my forehead. Greyson and I have been married for almost a year now and he has been nothing but great to me. Our business is at the top, we are both CEO's of our company and our other "business" is still at the top. So far we haven't made any enemies and we are expanding our territory. Dmitry just turned 3 yesterday and wanted his party to be a day after so he wouldn't have to go to bed. Sneaky little kid that boy.
Throughout the time Greyson and I have been married, I've met more of the members and their family, even people outside of the mafia I've come close with. We moved out of the safe house and into our own home on the other side of town. We still keep in contact with the family, but we just wanted a place of our own for the children to grow up in.
We walked down the stairs and were met with laughter and screams of children. I waddled over to Maria, Greyson's mom and his sisters. Carina was pregnant as well and Amina on her way to being pregnant as she says. "Alaina, you are getting more beautiful everyday." Maria kissed my chubby cheeks, and hugged me carefully. Amina and Carina hugged me as well. "They should be here soon right Lain?" I nodded rubbed my belly. "And you guys still have no idea what you're having?"
See here's the deal, Greyson and I wanted the gender to be a surprise. If they were girls, they'd be named Aylina and Gianna, if boys Camden and Kaiden. I just smiled at them cheekily and snatched a apple slice off the tray. Greyson came up beside me and kissed the top of my head. "Can you believe she wouldn't stop eating these damn things the whole pregnancy. She used to hate apples." Everyone laughed and I turned a bright red.
"I mean she ate them so much she turned into a apple." Adam walked up and put his arm around his sister's shoulder. I glared at him. The last time he made a fat joke towards me, I tased him, in his dick.
"Let's not forget the last time you called me fat. I tased your ass." He rolled his eyes but kissed my head. "Where's the Birthday boy?" Dmitry ran over and jumped on Adam's legs. "Uncle Addy!!" Adam chuckled, and picked him up.
Adrianne and Jax from work walked over to me and hugged me and put Dmitry's gifts on the gift table. All of Dmitry's friends from his preschool were here and to say he was excited is an understatement. Greyson tugged my hand and nodded towards the kitchen. I waddle behind him, and over towards the fridge where Dmitry's cake was. "Have I told you how beautiful you look today?" See what I mean, he's nothing but a good man.

He came up behind me and wrapped his arms around me the best he could. A flash went off. We looked over and saw Marco standing there with a camera, smiling. I pulled away from Greyson, and picked up the cake. Greyson picked up the other side, and helped bring it in the foyer. Dmitry turned around and squealed.
Everyone started singing happy birthday. Dmitry closed his eyes and blue out his candles. I felt a pain in my stomach. I groaned, and placed my hand on my stomach. I felt something wet drip down my leg and a huge pain in my stomach. I gasped and grabbed onto Greyson's arm tightly. He turned and looked confused.
"It's time.."
