I have faith in what I see

Now I know I have met

an angel in person

and she looks perfect

I don't deserve it

but you look perfect tonight

Breathe in, Breathe out, Sophia. Or should I say, Crystal?

That idea was somewhat random. This lady named Clara came and asked me what's my name and I panicked.

Strangely, my brain went to the gems and I just blurted out my favourite kind. Oh well, what's done is done.

Then I had to convince her that I'd like to be called that.

It did took a lot of convincing and persuading but... everyone now knows me by 'Crystal'. In my... disguise, sadly. Furthermore, it looks like Oliver was in love with her. Not Sophia Smith.

I was about to head off stage until Oliver's dad's voice boomed across the whole auditorium.

"Crystal!" He shouted to get my attention, "Stay right there."

I looked at him then my eyes turned to his son. It looked like I caught him staring at me. He blushed and looked away.

No one said anything until he came up to the stage. Everyone was so quiet and the only sound came from his shoe hitting the floor with every step he takes. He laid out his hand in front of me and it took a while until I realised he actually wanted the microphone.

I stepped back after I handed him the device. "Well, ladies and gentlemen. You've seen all the amazing auditions that were performed in front of you today. But I think we don't need to go through all the other auditions and finals and stuff for our main girl. I think you all would agree that this young lady," He gestured at me with his hand, "deserve the main role. Please give her a round of applause!"

Sounds of clapping hands echoes throughout the whole wide room.

As he was about to walk down the stage, he smiled at me and said, "Congratulations."

"Thank you, sir," I smiled back.

I saw Oliver backstage. When did he get there? He smiled, ruffled his dishevelled hair and simply said something that could send the heat to my cheeks, "Well done."

I nodded, wishing I could hide the blush, "Thanks."

"Do I really have to call you crystal?"

"Well, I don't think I will mind if you call me something else."

"And why, my lady, can't I know your name?" Huh. So he settled for 'my lady'. Now it got me thinking about Ladybug and Chat Noir from Miraculous. Hey, that's a fun TV show. You should check it out.

"I... don't want anyone to know."

"And why is that?"

I looked away, "Because, I can't. No one can know the real me otherwise... I'm dead." Which is true. If Victoria knows I'm trying out for the main part, she will surely leave me out on the street. And now that I got that main part? She would definitely kill me.
