Chapter 7
MARLENE'S POV
I wake up and see that Sirius is sitting next to me on the bed with breakfast. I say: Yay! Breakfast in bed! Pancakes! My favourite! With coffee!
I kiss him and he starts eating, I can't drink the coffee, I feel nauseous just smelling it, then he asks me: Why aren't you eating? - I reply sadly: I can't Sirius, every time I get coffee near me I feel like puking.
He looks worried, he kisses me says: We should cancel today and go to a healer.
Me: No worries, it must be a bug.
So we get dressed and he apparates to the Potter's
What they are wearing:
Marlene: A comfortable blue dress, blue flats and minimal makeup
Alice: Black jeans and a red crop top, Black sandals and normal make-up
Lily: Shorts, a multi-coloured t-shirt, black trainers, minimal make-up
*At Marlene's with the girls*
3RD PERSON'S POV
Alice: Have you had breakfast? I did, Frank sure knows how to cook
Lily: Yeah! I am getting really spoiled with this House Elf thing!
Marls: Sirius made me breakfast in bed...
Alice and Lily: Ooohhhhh!
Marls: ... It looked really good, but I thought I would be sick if I drank that coffee, I love coffee, what is happening to me?!
Alice and Lily share a knowing look.
Marlene: I am going to the toilet, don't do anything too fun without me!
*she leaves*
Alice grinst at me and asks: Do you think she's...?
Lily: ...pregnant, yeah!
Alice: we should get her to take a test!
Lily: What about Sirius? I mean, they aren't even married.
Alice: Don't worry. Frank told me that Sirius said that he wanted to have kids and all, but never get married. He said it made him feel old.
We all laugh
*Marlene comes out*
Lily delicately brings out the conversation: So, Marls, do you want to have kids?
Marlene: Yes, but I'm not sure if he does.
Alice: We think... you might be pregnant
Marlene: What do you know about that?
Alice: Me and Lily already went through this
Alice reaches inside her bag and takes out 3 pregnancy tests and gives them to Marlene
Marlene: Why three
Lily: To make sure.
*later that day*
MARLENE'S POV
I am totally freaking out! I try the first pregnancy test and it gives negative, thank god!
I test the second one and it is positive. Please don't
I take the third one, positive, I am pregnant.
I come out of the toilet and tell the girls.
