||CHAPTER 3: All It Takes Is One Kiss ||

Tia

"Logan." I said, softly.

"Tia, how are you?"

"I'm happy, healthy, thank you." I said, "How are you?"

"I'm happy, healthy too," Logan said, smiling. Logan ran his fingers through his hair, "Say, did you want to walk with me in the garden?" Logan asked, unsurely.

Logan's straightforward question, caught me off-guard.

"I'd love to."

In silence, Logan and I started walking towards the back door.

'You'll be okay'

'You'll be okay'

'You'll be okay'

'You'll be okay'

I kept thinking over, and over.

However, no matter how many times I thought it, it didn't help.

After all, I was with Logan.

When Logan and I were in the garden, we sat on a wooden bench.

Alone.

Oh god, I think I'm about to faint.

"You're awfully quiet," Logan said, smiling before brushing his arm against mine.

I look at Logan, "I'm sorry, I'm a little nervous because it's been a long time since we've spoken." I said, smiling.

"Thank god, I thought I was the only person who is nervous." He confesses, chuckling.

I arch an eyebrow, "You, nervous, why?"

"It's like you said, it's been a long time since we've spoken."

I nod, "Well, I heard you're in medical school at Curtin University."

"I am." He said, proudly.

"Logan, Logan," I said, giggling.

"What?"

"Congratulations," I said.

We were sitting in silence for about a minute but when I remembered really important information, my eyes widen, "Oh my god, I can't believe I forgot to tell you!" I said, cheerfully. "Misty is pregnant!"

Logan's eyes widened with happiness, "Really, she is?" He asked, sweetly.

I nod, enthusiastically, "At the moment, she's with a good friend of mine who's a veterinarian."

"Tell me when she gives birth."

"I will," I promise.

"Now what should I talk about." Logan and I, surprisingly, said together.

Logan and I look at one another, then we start laughing.

I lean against his shoulder, as I laugh. "Oh my god, this is really crazy." I giggle, "I honestly didn't think I'd be sitting here with you, casually talking."

Logan shook his head, obviously disagreeing. "No, what I think is absolutely crazy, is you trying to climb onto the kitchen counter for glasses. Seriously, you're the only person."

I pout, "I was a little tipsy, okay!"

"I think it was more than a little." He said, smirking teasingly.

'Logan, stop being sexy please.'

I scoff, "No, it would be more than a little if you and I were inside."
