"What the heck? Ano ba namang computer 'yan? Ngayon pa nasira e, hindi ko tuloy natapos yung Slender ko.. HAY NAKO! Kung kelan 7/8 na yung pages? Nako naman..naman naman.."

I was constantly walking my way home through Schenley Plaza in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (oh by the way, that's where I live) while holding a bag full of computer components and video games I bought in a sale. As you can see, I liked everything tehnology has to offer kaya video games were in my field of interest too.. I know, I know, haha, parang bata pero these are the ones that fill me up during my most boring days.

Anyway, whenever I get the chance to come to this place, I never miss the opportunity to throw a coin into the fountain here, the Mary Schenley memorial fountain. Well what should I say, this fountain here is a beauty, an exquisite work of art. Even though I'm not much of a superstitious person, throwing a coin and making a wish here brings these kind of warm feelings of happiness to me.. Okay fine, wishing here wouldn't determine my fate.. but who knows? Maybe the wish fairy may become aware of my wish and make it come true..

And what's my wish? Well it's a secret.

Eto na. I grabbed a coin from my pocket, tumalikod ako, made my wish, and aimed for the fountain habang nakatalikod.

"Sana matupad 'to, wooh!"

Dahil maiikli ang mga braso ko, I threw my coin as powerful as I can para naman mag-shoot sa fountain.

"OW!!"

Nanlaki ang mga mata ko.. Hala, bakit may sumigaw? Bawal na bang mag-throw ng coins dito? Hala paanong gagawin ko? Paano? Paano? I was panicking kahit di ko pa man alam ang nangyari and without thinking, I took a step backward para bumwelo at kumaripas ako ng takbo.

"Argh! I'm dead! I'm dead!"

"H- Hey!"

"Oh my gosh! Promise! Magpapakabait na 'ko, maglilinis na 'ko ng bahay, KAKAIN NA 'KO NG GULAY! Just please spare me from this! I promise I--"

Nadapa ako. Waah! Patay! Ayoko pang makulong maghahanap pa 'ko ng trabaho! OMG! Yung power supply ng computer naibagsak ko! Bahala na nga! Isinalpak ko na lang siya sa bag ko nang walang kaingat-ingat dahil kumalat lahat ng gamit sa bag kong ubod ng laki at yung iba ang lalayo pa ng inabot! Gosh talaga! Why now?? Nanginginig pa akong kinukuha isa-isa ang mga gamit nang biglang..

"Hey Miss, a--"

"No please! I promise I won't do it again! I'll just find another fountain near here or if you want I'll take that coin I tossed in the fountain again by myself or um, uh, I'll do anything! Please just don't put me to jail I'm still young and I still have my future and I still need to marry and I need to give my parents some grandchildren and--"

"Miss, miss, calm down. Ano ka ba, I'm not a policeman. And I'm definitely not taking you to jail even though you threw a coin right straight to my head, which is really painful."

Ay Pilipino? And not a policeman? YES! I slowly opened my eyes which are shut close the whole time I was talking to him.. I saw him.. kaso against the light! Ang sakit sa mata! Pinikit at kinuskos ko ang mga mata ko habang papatayo at ayun, nakita ko na siya.

Ay oo Pilipino nga! At napakagandang lahi naman, grabe, siguro nung nagpaulan ng kagwapuhan alive na alive 'to. Grabe eh, oh! Matangos ang ilong, mapupungay na mata, medyo maliit na lips.. Mukhang professional businessman pa ang ayos, I can smell the big responsibility na nakapatong sa lakaking 'to, mukhang seryoso talaga sa work. Napansin kong napatingin siya sa bag ko at sa mga nakakalat na gamit..

"Woah. Computer geek?"

Maka-geek wagas ah? 'Knowledgeable when it comes to computers' na lang. Kaso parehas din yun e! Hay bahala na nga lang.
