part 24

today had been a good day so far, me and lucas were walking around town, it was late, maybe past 1am, and the streets weren't very busy, so here i was, running in the middle with lucas holding my hand. we laughed and pushed each other around, always making sure to watch for cars.

lylas pov

i was having so much fun, lucas was smiling and i had my eyes closed, don't worry we were being as safe as we could. i mean no one was out in town right now, especially all kids/teens had school tomorrow so basically it would be the late night shift people driving by, but we always ran to the sidewalk when they passed.

lucas pov

"lyla?"
i asked hoping this was a good time because i was very nervous.
"yes"
she spoke so innocently i wanted to melt,

"will you do the honors,

and be my girlfriend?"

she stared at me with shocked eyes, they went wide, for a few seconds, she ran up to me, pushing me against a parked car, and kissing my lips so passionately, not anything major, but it was enough to make me melt, and i loved it.

"of course"

was the last thing she had said before she crashed her lips onto mine once more.

man, i loved this girl with all my heart.
