Arranged Marriage (kouha x reader)

The next morning you woke up in Kouha's bed. You were both naked, his arms were wrapped around you as if he were shielding you from the hate and anguish in the world. 

You snuggled in closer to him. His warm bare chest felt so secure and welcoming, you just wanted to melt into his embrace.

Light poured in through the window proving it to be quite late in the morning.

"Kouha" you said softly kissing his lips gently.

"Hmm" he groaned as he woke up and tightened his grip around you.

"Ahh Kouha.... can't breathe" you choked 

"Good morning" he smiled loosening his grip and kissing your forehead

"Good morning" you replied kissing him back on the cheek.

You sat up and stretched your arms out, then slid out of bed and walked over to the sofa to retrieve your clothes from the night before.

"You're so beautiful" said Kouha from the bed.

"Stop that's embarrassing" you said pulling your Kimono on and covering your body.

"You shouldn't be embarrassed by something like that, it's the truth" he said

"Ok whatever you say Kouha" you said in a sarcastic voice

"Was that sarcasm i just heard?" he said with a grin

"Maybe" you replied cheekily before closing the bathroom door behind you.

<<THE NIGHT BEFORE>>

"That was so good!" you said happily as you popped a grape into your mouth

"Yeah i asked the chef to make your favorite foods" answered Kouha smiling

"Thank you" you smiled. you lay down on the blanket that was set up for the two of you in the center of the courtyard. You put your head in Kouha's lap and looked up at the stars.

'When did my life get so amazing?'  you thought to yourself.

"Hey (Y/N)" said Kouha snapping you out of your thoughts

"Huh?"

"I was wondering, about your djinn and it's power, the one that well... brought you back to life" he said

"Yeah?" you replied

"Well how many times before have you died?" he asked

"Oh, it doesn't work like that, you see even though she's a djinn of life, she can only use the revival commandment once. So i've never died before, this was the first and last time i'll ever use that spell" you explained

"Oh, so when you pushed me out of the way you had already decided you'd use it right? that's why you risked yourself" he said

"Um yeah sure" you said 

There was a moment of silence between the two of you as you both gazed up at the stars wondering how you ever got as lucky as to get to where you are now.

"Um excuse me? princess (Y/N)?" said a voice from behind you

You turned around and saw a maid standing in the doorway.

"Yes?" you asked as you sat up

"Lord Kouen has requested for your presence" she said 

"Oh alright" you answered waving at her
