I couldn't concentrate.
Its been a week since the deal.
We met up a few times, fulfilling our end of the bargain.
I couldn't focus in class nor have I been doing my job properly. If I didn't know any better, I'm quite close to being fired.
It was hard for me not to blurt out those cliche 3 words whenever we were being intimate.

It felt like heaven but at the same time hell because I knew that the satisfaction only lasts for awhile.
Its effect was like that of a drug.
For a certain duration, it'd feel like nothing could go wrong.
Once the drug fulfills its mission, it's back to facing the cruel world.
No more sunshine and rainbows.
Every tomorrow, I awake to an empty space.
