Allison is a fourteen-year-old shy girl with a small group of friends. She and her friends get daily bullied by the most popular boys in the school. She stuttered her words since she was young and that was the main reason she got bullied, and the fact that she was a nerd. When she was young, her father left her and her mother and Allison was relieved that it happened because her father abused her.

She's a normal girl and she doesn't have a main reason to get bullied, really; but the bullies bring up her red hair as a reason. She used to give them sassy and bitchy replies, but now she stays quiet because that made the things worse.

Gaten is a fifteen-year-old boy who is also one of Allison's friends. He's a geek, not a nerd, but he, just like his friends, doesn't fit in with his true group. The main reason he gets bully is because he suffers from cleidocranial dysplasia, which is a condition that effects the bones and teeth. The are typically either poorly developed or absent, which allows the shoulders to be brought close together. Other symptoms may include a prominent forehead, wide set eyes, abnormal teeth, and a flat nose (Got that from Wiki ;) ).
