"Oh its part of niks and the Salvatore's plan to see if we can get over what Damon did" Rebekah sighed as she curled her hair around her fingers "Yeah I'll come, its time we got past this" I said huffing remembering all the stuff the Salvatore's had done to nik and shuddering
"Megara hey" the smiling voice of Caroline echoed through my ears "Hey what's going on" I asked as I saw her face change at my hey "I need you to talk some sense into damon " she stuttered before I became impatient I've never had anytime for Damon and his antics "What is it care" I sighed taking a swig of blood "He's well he daggered Rebekah and Elijah" she said waiting for my outburst "Wait wait wait Rebekah's here Rebekah mikealson she's here" I said letting tears escape my eyes I hadn't seen her since 1801
"Ye- where are you going" she shouted after me as I darted out of my house "To kill him" I snarled taking off.
------------------------------------------- As I entered the cave Damon was keeping Rebekah in I could already hear Klaus's voice " Salvatore hand them over or I will take them and your head" Klaus said calmly as I smiled I really had missed his antics "Oh I see you started the fun without me" I growled entering "Megara is that you" Klaus said letting his tough facade falter slightly "In the flesh, miss me" I said a smirk edging onto my lips taking over my features "Always,love" he grinned
"Sorry you two know each other" Damon spat staring at me "This is an a and b conversation so c your way out of it please" I growled back before nodding to nik "Wait your on his side" Damon whisper shouted "Oh did I forget to mention my best friend bex's full name is Rebekah mikealson" I said slowly letting the words sink into his skull "If you don't want me to go over there and smash open your skull give me her unharmed and trust me i when it comes to Rebekah I'm worse than Niklaus" I smiled sickly sweet "Do you want to tell Megara why I took her best friend and her brother or should I " Damon smirked rolling up his sleeves like Elijah used to "That is no matter give her TO ME" I screamed launching at him with a stake
"OK OK I'll give you her but unharmed will be a problem" he said turning my head forcefully to the side to see a bloodied up Rebekah hanging from white oak cuffs that dug into her skin as a large white oak hung from her stomach
"Rebekah oh god " I cried running over to her pulling out the slake from her stoma h and the dagger coated in withe oak ash out from her heart her eyes shot opened instantly groaning as she did "Oh yeah shit sorry" I cried unhooking her from the cuffs as her wounds instantly began to heal. "Megara" she cried hugging me "You will die for this Salvatore" nik screamed and there began the war. ------------------------------------------- "Don't worry about getting a dress out I've just got us the perfect ones" she giggled through the phone " you didn't even know I was gonna say yes oh I don't have a date" I pouted curling my bottom lip out
"We can go as friends love" I heard a certain hybrid in the background chuckling "Fine do you want me to meet you" I smiled hearing the door bell ring " no need " was all I heard before opening the door and being attacked by a ball of blonde " now upstairs we have about an hour before the party get ready the pair of you" Klaus grinned patting my back after acting so cold to me when we were planning battle I thought he was still mad about me leaving all them years ago I guess I was wrong "OK nik" -------------------------------------------
"Don't be stubborn and get out here" Rebekah growled after hooking in her last earring "No I look stupid" I frowned looking in the mirror again "Now meg" she huffed giving in I walked out hearing her instantly gasp I think the worse "I told you I look ridiculous "I frowned turning around to give her a good view " no its just " she began pulling me to a mirror "Beautiful, well of course it is I picked it" she beamed as I stared into the mirror

"You both look wow" was all it took for me to turn around and see Elijah stood at the door smiling in a tux instead of his usual suit "Ready to go Megara" klaus said walking in all it took was a yes for us to speed out of the door running into matt on our way out
They were holding it at their house which of course was the biggest in mystic falls Music was being sang as a slow one came on "Care to dance" Klaus asked me smiling "OK sure" I smiled we turned and turned until he looked up abruptly to see Damon linked to Elena as my favourite song came on I had loved this version of can't help falling in love since Haley Reinhardt first sang it. Klaus noticing my urge to dance he spun me around letting go of my hand but as soon as it was gone another caught my hand and spun me towards them "Elijah" I whispered for no reason as he swayed us side to side "Yes" he whispered back as if to mock me "You don't have to dance with me" I said squirming slightly "Yes I do you'd be all lonely" he grinned "Ha don't make me laugh just because I know the truth don't think I forgive you why didn't you tell me" I sighed as he spun me out once more pulling me back closer neither of us really noticing the distance between us
"Do you forgive me now" he whispered edging closer and closer to my face "I'll have to see" I whispered over the lump in my throat "Can I have a dance" a voice rang making me instantly pull away and Elijah to huff in annoyance "Sure Stefan" I said grabbing his hand as he pulled me away I caught Elijah's eyes and in that moment I knew I forgave him for everything
"Before we dance come get a drink" he smiled sweetly breaking me from my trance "Sure" I nodded not really hearing the question We walked away from view Before Stefan injected me with what burnt like vervain I was Ready to let out a ear piercing scream before Stefan's hand covered my mouth "Shhh I'm so sorry" was all I heard before the swirling world around me went from vibrant coloured to a soulless black.
