"Keep Out"

Keep an eye out

For the girl in the front row of class.

The girl who's always smiling,

And seems to be trying too hard.

Words can lie,

And cut like a knife;

For words can silence a fight,

Or still a beating heart.

For what is more dangerous

than the fatal art,

Of tearing yourself apart?

The caution tape,

It hangs from her limbs like ivy from a fence,

Clinging to parts of her,

But others hanging like vines.

It bears the words

KEEP OUT.

For everyone who sees her;

Knows that her mind is too dark to escape...

So they know their best option?

Keep out of her mind.

It will you spin you around,

Drop you in the ocean,

And make you think every time you're swimming to the ocean bed,

That you're swimming towards the surface.

So heed this warning and

Be wary of the people who smile too much...

When you see a chance to come in the

Darkest corners of their mind...?

Keep Out.
