For I'm not sure she'll turn them back on.
It's is dark in the deep black Sea,
And she is constantly busy fighting
To not fall below the waves.
She's turning off her emotions again,
And she's no longer letting the light in.
I wonder who hurt her this time.
She's in a constant state of numb,
In a period of restless sleep...
Where even nightmares are called good dreams;
And that's because at least then you're asleep.
Allow her to wind cloth around her
Bruised and bleeding heart...
She needs to heal.

And this time?
