Day at the GYM...6-8 am
The adrenaline rushing through her veins, sweat glands working to their highest function to cool off her body, is what kept Jennie motivated at the gym. Jennie had never realized that working out again would give such a huge rush, this feeling of being 'high' and 'alive' again.
Her moping around the house was so depressing, she regretted wasting her time the past few days. Jennie despised being very negative about her life, her mental health...so she decided to push it all aside.
Chaeyoung and Jennie were definitely burning some calories and improving their health, which was satisfying for both of them.
Jennie decided to wear her nike sports bra with matching leggings, and Chaeyoung wore similar nike clothing as well.
They started their work out with some stretches to warm up, then using some weights to strengthen their muscles.
They were so focused on themselves and pushing each other, clueless of the other people who came for the same reason: improve their health.
"I don't get it," Chaeyoung spoke in a shaky breath, "when was the last time you hit the gym?"
