The next day Ash and Kat woke up and headed off to... Wait their new school. Their mother decided to let them stay so they could learn more about Alolan Pokemon and because the famous Tapu Koko gave Ash a Z-Ring.
Once they got to school they got scared from a huge surprise that the whole class pulled to welcome Kat and Ash. The student made up games to play like balloon poping, a swimming race, Tauros racing and more. Kat didn't feel like playing so she watched Ash instead. So far Ash is losing every challenge and now he's Tauros racing with Kiawe who he also loses to.

Poor Ash has lost all the games so far and right now are games have been interrupted by Tapu Koko. Tapu Koko decided it wanted to battle Ash.
The battle didn't end so well. Ash lost even though he used a Z-move, but the Z-Crystal shatters after Pikachu's immense release of power. After their battle Tapu Koko disappears leaving Ash to decide to undergo the island challenge.
