Set in Barbados, the short 7 minute-clip highlights the bad gal's donation of a much needed radiotherapy machine to the Clara Brathwaite Centre For Oncology And Medicine – and documents her visit to the centre in November last year.

"We're aiming to make a difference globally," Monica said of the charity's goals which include: providing clean water in Haiti, cambodia, and ethiopia, and providing grants, and full scholarships to students.

"It's as simple as this: one day you could be the one in need. Your kids. Your kids, kids; your loved ones. Nobody is exempt from disease and poverty... you just never know. But we will fight for you the same way," the FourFiveSeconds said in closing.

A year ago, Rihanna and her mother, Monica Fenty, released a short video about the Clara Lionel Foundation, stating what they intend to achieve with the program. Now in a new video (below), the Popstar and her mom give an update on the foundations achievements – specifically in the area of health – along with beneficiaries of the program sharing their testimonies.

"If you don't have those machines, a lot of people would die... 'cause you can't do it private. It's too expensive," says Sandra, who was first diagnosed with cancer in 2012. "So I want to thank Rihanna very much for helping us at the hospital."
