Who is Alice Walker?
Alice Walker is a Civil Rights Activist, Womanist, Author and Poet from Georgia. She attended Spelman College and Sarah Lawrence College.
She is best known for her award winning book The Color Purple which was made in a film starring Whoopi Goldberg, Oprah, and Danny Glover.
