The Slenders usually send out their proxies on each of their own different mission.
But sometimes they will have their proxies go in groups (of 3-5).
There are different positions the proxies are in during these missions.
Positions:
Alpha: the leader of the group which the other members have to obey EVERY order from. (They are usually the highest ranking proxy, I'll explain more on ranks later)
Beta: the one in charge if anything happens to the Alpha. They are usually the strongest.
Omega: basically the one that has to "go in first" and will be used as bait. They are usually the fastest. They also HAVE to sacrifice themselves incase the alpha or beta are about to get seriously hurt.

Alpha: the alpha of the group has to be smart and leaderly. They are not childish and don't mess around(mostly mature). They also have to be able to use anything as a weapon.(same with the Beta and Omega(sometimes))
Beta: they have to be strong the are usually the "tank" of the group.
Omega: the omega has to be fast and not afraid to get hurt or die.
