The only persons who actually lives in the mansions is Slender (his brothers in their own mansions) and their proxies
The others just come to visit or if they need a place to stay or hide out for a while/ keep low from the police.
But they do have their own rooms of course becuase of the reason above. It's also a place where serial killers and creepypastas come and gather and chat and brag about their killings and stuff.
