Ivy I need to tell you something.

Zach's POV

"What's the matter"
"Please close your eyes and give me your hand"

She gave me her hand as I put the ring in it. She opened her eyes slowly and looked at me.

"Do you know I'm gonna die Z.
I refused to take the heart because my veins became smaller. My blood will be stuck in it and there is no vein replacement. Do you still want it?" She asked as the tears were falling on our holding hands.

"Of course I'm okay with that, I want you to spend the rest of your life with me" I gave her a long kiss on her lips.

And we were hugged on the grass covered in pink petals with tears in our eyes.

"You may kiss the bride"

The words came out of the pastor's mouth as I gently took Ivy's jaw and kissed her lips.

Than I looked at my family.
Our family. It was a small wedding in secret, just our closest friends and their families.

"We could be free" Jonah was singing while we were dancing the best dance of my life.

When we finished people were cheering and our mothers were crying.

We decided to sing our favourite song.
