I put my phone down and started pacing back and forth. I love Addison more than anything, and I get worried over the most littlest things. I even get worried when she goes over his house for the weekend because I don't know what they do.

Andrew likes to piss me off on purpose. He was always a dick to me, and he still is. He never even cared about Addison, and now he suddenly does? I really wish he was a different person. Why couldn't he be one of those people I trusted to take care of his own daughter? Why couldn't he love me as much as other guys love their girls? And treated me the right way? I thought he was a great guy when I met him, and I thought he was trustworthy. But now I'm sitting here thinking he lost my child or took her and left.

I hear a car door and I run out the door as fast I could. When I see Addison I feel a wave of relief wash over me.

I run over to her and drop down to her height, hugging her so tight.

"Mommy I missed you too but you acted like you haven't saw me in forever." She giggles.

"I love you Addison, don't ever forget that!" I say to her.

"I love you too mommy."She gives me a kiss.

"Laura? Why are you acting like this?" Andrew walks up to us.

I stand up and stand face to face with him.

"Excuse me? I'm like this because you didn't bring her home at the time I told you to!"

"Stop yelling. I know this. There was a bunch of traffic! So calm the fuck down."

"Stop cursing near her!" I say, referring to Addison.

"You seriously need to chill. I couldn't drive past everyone. Would you rather me get into an accident, or bring her home on time!?"he yells.

"Why didn't you call me to tell me?"Addison had already ran into the house.

"I'm sorry! My phone was dead! Holy fuck!"

Just then Andrews door to his car opens. "Come on baby let's get going. You wanna fuck don't you?" A girl with long, straight dark hair looks out of the door.

"Hang on baby, we're going shortly." Andrew says back to her.

"You better not be talking this way in front of Addison." I turn to Andrew.

"I'm not!" He says looking at me.

"You better not be. And if you got her to say that in front of me on purpose to get me jealous or something, it didn't work." I turn around and walk in the house.

"Addison please come downstairs!" I yell at the the bottom of the steps. She comes down with tears in her eyes.

"Addi I'm sorry your daddy and I were yelling, I know it gets you upset." I say now wiping her tears.

" I just wish everything was the way it used to be"

"I know but daddy and I need to be apart right now. I'm really sorry baby." I give her a hug.

She doesn't say anything else, she just hugs me back.

"Did you have fun at the fair?" I ask her.

She pulled away from the hug and she looked happy again. "Yes! I ate pizza and daddy bought me cotton candy!" She says excitedly.

"I'm glad you had fun sweetie." I smile. "Are you ready for bed?"

"Yea, I'm really tired." She says yawning.

I have her brush her teeth and put on her pajamas. I then tuck her in the bed and shut off her light.

Once I got her to bed I take a shower, get dressed, and lay in my bed. I needed to text Ross and tell him she's back so I got my phone out and went over to the app, and see a couple of messages from him.

Ross- hey...

Ross- are you okay?

Ross- are they back?

Laura- hey sorry! She got back, thank god. I was having a talk with Andrew.

Ross- thats good. What was his dumb ass excuse?

Laura- too much "traffic" and he brought his girlfriend. While I was talking to him she opened up his door and she told him to hurry so they can fuck.

Ross- that's so fucking stupid. They probably did it on purpose.

Laura- that's what I said 🙄 I don't care. 

Ross- yea, don't let him get to you. I actually had a girlfriend before I started talking to you, and she would do stuff like that all the time.

Laura- really? What happened to you guys?

Ross- she cheated on me.

Laura- oh wow. I'm sorry

Ross- it's okay it wasn't you, but I actually have to tell you something...

Laura- what?....

Ross- she is pregnant... and since she cheated on me, I don't even know if it's mine...😪

Laura- oh...

Ross- I'm sorry I should have told you sooner.

Laura- no it's okay.

Ross- she is saying it's mine. I don't even believe her.

Laura- I guess you'll just have to wait until it's born.

Ross- yea... sooo what would you do if it was mine?

Laura- of course I wouldn't mind it.

Ross- you wouldn't?

Laura- nope. You accepted that I have a kid, so I should accept you.

Ross- I thought you would be mad and not talk to me ever again haha.

Laura- of course not.

Ross- not to be mean or anything but I hope it's not mine.

Laura- do you not want children?

Ross- no I definitely do. It's just that I want to have one when I know I'll be in a relationship that will last forever. Of course it's different for you. You didn't know you guys would break up.

Laura- yea I get you lol. If you have any how many would you want?

Ross- I love kids because of my nieces so probably around six?

Laura- oh wow 😱

Ross- ya. Do you want anymore?

Laura- of course I do! I love Addison so much, I want more.

Ross- damn.. I'd be a way better father than asshole Andrew that's for sure.

Laura- what are you trying to say?

Ross- that maybe if we work out we could have children one day.

Laura- woahhh slow down haha. We didn't even meet yet, and you didn't ask me to be your girlfriend yet 😂

Ross- we will meet soon. And that girlfriend part... I'm waiting for a special moment to do it.😏

My heart rate increased and It feels like I have butterflies in my stomach. When we were finished talking that night, it was all I thought about before going to bed.
