"Coooolby bro! It's Brennen!" I hear on the other side of the phone. I sigh quietly knowing he's drunk.
"Hey bro." I say trying to make it seem like I'm happy to hear from him but in reality I just want to get home and film a video.
"Duuude we gotta make a brolby video! It's been months man!" Brennen screams as he slurrs every other word.
"Uh I don't know dude. Brolby has gotten bigger and I've been getting better and..."
"Colby. Bro. Listen. This won't ruin your game. I promise. I got no feelings for ya. Come on meet me at the beach in 30 minutes." Brennen says into the phone.
"Fine. Yeah. I'll see you soon." I say hanging up the phone and driving towards the beach. I inhale deeply and exhale before I start thinking about Sam.
'Three more weeks. A little video won't ruin anything. Just three more weeks and he'll be home'
