Z' POV.

I'm still holding the brown fluffy bunny in my arms, as it weirdly starred at me for a while now and it hasn't took its eyes away from me ever since he looked at me.

It looks like its his first time seeing me. . . as if I'm a giant carrot that looked so stunning for its eyes. He seemed very amaze and exited.

"Hey! You got a staring problem there, Mist?" I asked tapping its ear.

It didn't budge one bit. It was still staring at me with its teeth slightly showing. Hehe cute.

"I think it likes you, Z." Trouble exclaimed, stepping beside me as he took Mist away from me.

He examine Mist thoroughly, flipping the bunny side by side and up and down. It was funny how the bunny still stares at me even though, Trouble was touching every piece of him. I'm starting to wonder if this bunny knew he was human before he turned to a bunny?

It's odd.

"I think we won't have to work on finding the bunny's Saphité." Angelique stood beside me, clapping her hands as she dreamily giggled at Mist who's now a bunny.

"What about the Saphité?" I asked. particularly, pertaining to the Saphité.

Saphités are ancient immortals that takes care of demon's whose suffering from its thrid trait. Saphités are the one who is fated for the animals that demons became during third trait. They are fated to take care and train the animal form of demons. They don't choose who can rhey take care off, Saphités can be a vampire, angel, fairy, wizards or witches. They can never escape a fate like this when a royale demon is born. They will surely has to take care of the animal form. They are the demon animals owner to make it easier to understand. And once the animal and the Saphité's feelings became connected. . . that's when it is ready to be human again.

Once the demon animal is loved by its Saphité, the faster it will come back to its human form. Usually, Saphités are childrens or seniors. Though, we still don't know who's Mist's Saphité. . . since we don't really know how to do we find its Saphité.

"Hey! I said we've found his Saphité already!" I was snapped back to reality when Angelique shouted at my face, earning a glare from me.

Though, after digesting what she had told me, my mind went calm and stared at her at disbelief.

"How? We hadn't even started our hunt for his Saphité?" I asked her.

"Duh! We don't have to! The search is over!" She sang, annoyed.

"How?"

Trouble let out a stream of laughter followed by Angelique.

"Can't believe you're that stupid, Z." Trouble deadpanned. "Obviously, you're Mist's Saphité. The bunny haven't took its eyes of off you ever since you took him under the table!"

He said exasperately, showing Mist to me who's. . . yeah, still staring at me with its doe eyes.

I face palmed.

"Argh! No way I'm going to take care of that thing!" I exclaimed, not agreeing.

"Of course you will! You like cute stuffs! And you cannot deny that this bunny is cute!" Angelique bombarded teasingly, clinging her arms around mine.

"For petes sake! It's not cute! It's Mist!" I shouted at them, but they just laughed at me. "Were not even sure if I'm his Saphité, I mean we couldn't just tell that, just because he's staring at m--"

"You're his Saphité." Our attention was darted onto Katrix who's nail piling her nails.

"Pardon?" Angelique raised a brow.

"What I'm saying is Z. . . is his Saphité. If you haven't heard about how demons find their Saphité, then just look at Mist who can't take its eyes away from you while it's glowing like it is seeing a meat. Then you'll knew." She said before flipping a few hair before exiting the laboratory.

She's like a mushroom. She just pops everywhere sometimes.

"Oh... And I forgot! You need to look into his eyes, and if you see your face clearly like you're looking into a mirror, then its confirmed! You have to take care of my brother! Coz those demon animals doesn't listen to anyone, but its Saphité." For the nth time, Katrix popped inside the laboratory just after she went out. Her Youtu must be something really weird.

But anyways, I have to take note of what she said.

Sigh.

"Well here comes nothing... Trouble, give him to me. I have to see." I told Trouble as he handed me the bunny.

I started to look deeply into his eyes, I saw my face just like Katrix said. Clear as crystal. I am indeed his Saphité.

"Well... What shall I feed this? Uhm, should this be inside my room?" I asked the two in front of me as I wrapped my arms at the small body of the bunny.

"Yeah... I presume." Angelique nodded. "That bunny doesn't know who he was."

So, just as I thought. It knows nothing. The bunny is innocent.

I nodded my head in an understanding manner before walking pass the door step.

"Should I feed him something?" I asked again.

"I think." Trouble replied. He's not really sure himself. "As long as you're happy and you just treat him as your beloved pet, he'll connect to your feelings soon. That's what's inside the book of Saphité. Oh! Oh! And If you kiss its forehead, he'll love it!"

I nodded.

I guess I have to pay the library a visit about Saphités.

Tss. I'm taking care of a bunny, huh?

"Listen bunny." I talked, looking at the bunny I'm carying. "I'll tell you something. . . if that will help you to connect to me. I'll make you understand how I see things around us."

I stopped walking as I sat myself at one of the benches outside our company. I pointed at Shield whose busy lecturing Night.

The bunny followed where my fingers were pointing. . . just then, it looked back again to me with innocent clueless eyes.

"Yes. Shield who's scolding Night." I nodded. "If I were Shield, I wouldn't waste my time on scolding Night, I wouldn't care to lecture him something. . . because no matter how you explain yourself to others, they won't understand you. People won't understand you, even how many times you tell them how you feel. Its just that -- that is how humans are. No matter how you rant about your feelings, they won't listen to you. Because every human only cares about their pain, their feelings, and their happiness. Humans are selfish and judgmental. They won't consider your feelings. That's why it's useless explaining yourself."

I smiled bitterly, remembering bits of my past.

I glanced back at Mist, he seemed very surprised of what I told him. I somehow felt, he understands me. . . or maybe, he did.

He pounced at my lap as he stands taller to reach my face. I laughed. He just licked my nose.

I guess this won't be boring at all. I stood up, carrying him again stretching my back. It hurts.

"Let's go to the library."
