"I've always hated you." He seethed.
"Then explain last night, you basically begged me to-" His hand wrapped around her neck quickly, her eyes widened.
"Shut." He squeezed tighter, "the fuck up." Then his lips were on hers.

Bella gave a polite knock on the English room door, after a few seconds a short older man was in front of them, "Oh," he grimaced at the trio, "I had hoped you were Ms Mitchel with my textbooks." He grumbled.
Bella didn't say anything for long enough that Kassian had to speak for her, "We're the new transfers, this is English Literature right?"
The man stood shorter than Lana, he was clearly balding, she came to the assumption he was in his early sixties.
"Right, yes," he frowned, "well come in then." He said rather rudely,"there's two spare spaces near the back and one here by the door, you decide where to sit."
Lana pulled at Bella's arm to hint to follow her, they climbed the stairs up to the top sitting next to each other whilst Kassian stayed at the bottom.
"everyone, eyes on me." The professor gripped onto a small laser pen to point at the board, "My Name is Mr Spencer, welcome to English Literature set one."
Isabella placed her pencil case and folder in front of her neatly, fiddling it all around so it was perfectly straight on her desk.
"Hi," Lana watched Bella turn to the girl beside her, She had long red hair, tied up in a half up French braid, she was sat comfortably in her chair near the wall, "I'm Katie." Katie reached her hand out towards Bella who looked at it for a moment before shaking it awkwardly.
"I'm Bella," she let go quickly, "short for Isabella." Katie laughed lightly, slouching in her chair, "you new?"
Bella nodded, not sure what else to say.
Lana cringed at the awkward silence and then found herself leaning over Bella towards Katie, "Hey, I'm Lana, me and Bella moved here together from out of state."
Katie looked between them, "are you sisters?"
Bella's stomach turned with anxiety, thankfully Lana took control giving a short but convincing explanation to Katie, "you know that's so cool, I've never really travelled out of the state before."
After a bit of help from Lana, Bella adjusted into comfortable conversation with the two of them.

They'd attended three lessons by the time it was the end of the day, two of which had a girl named Katie in, Bella had taken a liking to her and soon enough they could've been mistaken for being life long friends.
Kassian and Lana followed them outside, a few feet behind to give Bella some space, they had a free before lunch and Katie wanted to show them around the area a bit more.
"Her file seemed normal." Kassian informed Lana, "I remember she had one criminal misconduct for stealing a lipstick from a local cosmetic store but was returned within the hour, apparently it was a mistake, I'm guessing it was guilt that brought it back." He laughed.
"She seems nice," Lana replied, "plus that gives her a bit of spice. You should've seen Bella this morning she was so nervous, could barely form a sentence with her." Kassian frowned.
"She's pretty good with other people I've seen her with." He commented .
"Maybe because it was the first person she'd spoken to." She shrugged.
"How has your day gone?" She asked, trying her best to keep a nice conversation going between them.
"Are you being nice to me right now?" He looked down at her in amusement, "softy, this is why I always beat you at hand to hand combat, you're a weakling."
"I just asked how you're day was, how does that begin to correlate with my physical strength."
"Look you just-" she cute him off before he could finish, "and actually there was that time I beat you." She said firmly.
He stopped in his tracks, "when?" He pulled a face down to her, "I don't have the time and date," she crossed her arms.
"Fuck off, yes you do." He shook his head, knowing her too well, "it's true I do. It was May 27th 2018, three weeks after you came back from Afghan."
"You really want to show off about beating me in hand to hand combat only because I'd just come back from war." She thought for a moment.
"Yes, I'm taking the win."
