. Make them evil, or at least on the opposite side of the heroes.

. Throw them in situations where their invincibility won't help them very much. Just because you can't lose a fistfight dosn't mean you can solve crimes or win debates.
. Make it extremely easy for them to accidentally destroy things.
. Make the conflict about finding their enemies, not defeating them
