Damian and Maps

Cassandra could only watch in silence as her little brother continue to viciously punch the thug before judo flipping him harshly to the ground. She could feel the current Robin seething in anger as he rounded up the group of thugs.

Dick was right, Damian is getting restless

The young boy wonder didn't even bring any back up with him that night even though Abuse had insisted to go with him. She knew that her little brother is upset over what had happened to Maps. They all are. She also knew that Damian had been blaming himself over what happened.

She jumped from her perch and landed gracefully on the ground next to Robin.

"Robin"

"Tt. Black Bat, did Batman send you?"

"He was worried"

"I was doing just fine"

"Nightwing would disagree"

"Tt"

The police sirens could be heard approaching them and Black Bat turn to face Robin but the boy had already fired his grapple gun and went away, leaving her behind without any word.

The thing is, he was heading straight towards Gotham Academy and Cass didn't even think to chase after him knowing that nothing would stop her little brother and that he would retaliate even more if she or any of the family member tried to. So, she let him. She couldn't bear to see the sad look in his green eyes and thinking back, she wanted  the girl to remember them again. She was the light in Damian's life and ever since the accident Damian had been distancing himself from the others. Perhaps tonight would be different. Perhaps after seeing Robin tonight she will return

Damian had been thinking the same thing, ever since Maps got her amnesia he had only visited her as Damian Wayne and he got nothing except for a confused and slightly intimidated look on her face whenever he's around, although it can't be blamed, he did observe her from far and not making any move to re-introduce himself , totally not stalking, merely observing her (Seriously Todd)

Per his request the Detective Club didn't mention his existence to her but they did drop a few subtle hint here and there in hopes that she will regain her memories. But it didn't work. It seems like her intelligent went away with her memories.

Damian had hoped and prayed that it was only temporary, that Maps would be her normal self again and stop treating him like a stranger.

Well, he had done a lot of thinking yesterday and came to one conclusion. If she can't remember him as Damian Wayne then perhaps she could remember him as Robin.

Deep in his head he knew it will be unlikely

But his heart is urging him to try

The academy finally came into view and Robin park his R-Cycle at the secluded part of the area, the part that were surrounded with trees. It was their usual hang out place. The same place where Damian had left her notes and puzzles to help her, to keep in touch with her. It was their spot. But now..

Damian shook his head, it was only temporary. Maps would remember again and then they will go out on another adventure and then Damian will take her out on a date because they haven't got the chance to do that often as Damian and Maps. It was always Robin and Maps. Which is why he hoped that meeting her as his alter ego will jog her memories or better yet, snapped her out of it so that he could finally hold her close to him and by God he will never let go. Ever.

"No turning back now"

He quietly and swiftly made his way to her dorm, he knew exactly which window would led him to her room as he had been there multiple times. Honestly, he had lost count on how many times Maps had called him for an emergency, only to be tricked into joining her for a movie marathon
