Season 2 Chapter 2: Secrets

~Yoomis POV~

I walk into the school building and am instantly greeted by my friend Jinyan.

Jinyan: Good morning Yoomi!

Yoomi: What's so great about it.

Jinyan: Oh come on. It's a lovely morning. Plus it's Friday. And I heard that someone is looking for you.

My eyes went wide and my gaze shifts towards her.

Yoomi: Is it him?

Jinyan: Yep.

Yoomi: Like.. Him Him?

She nods her head and I slam my locker shut.

Yoomi: Well What are we waiting for? Let's go to class.

I walk to class with her right behind me.

Once I walk through the door there he is sitting on top of my desk.

My heart starts to flutter.

He turns his head towards the door and smiles once our eyes meet.

Vernon: Min Yoomi.

Yoomi: Hi Vernon.

I make my way to my desk and sit down.

Act cool Yoomi.

I look up at his eyes as he still sits on my desk.

Vernon: So are you coming tonight?

Yoomi: Coming Where?

Vernon: Party at my place.

A party? There's no way in hell my parents will let me go to that. Well at least not my dad.

Yoomi: Uhhh I don't know. I don't think my parents will be down for that.

Vernon: Oh come on. It'll be fun. There'll be drinking and music and dancing.

Yoomi: Ha. If I come home drunk my parents will kill me.

Vernon: Stay the night with me then.

And there goes my heart.

Come on Yoomi. This is your crush asking you to not only come to a party, BUT TO STAY THE NIGHT WITH HIM.

Yoomi: Fine I'll figure something out.

He smirks and stands up from my desk.

Vernon: I'll make sure you have a blast. Think of it as a little birthday present from me to you.

He winks and makes his way to his desk.

Jinyan: Uh Yoomi?

I turn to look at her.

Jinyan: How exactly are you going to pull this off? Your parents aren't going to let you go.

Jinyan doesn't do parties so I can't make her go with me. So I think for a minute and come up with the perfect idea.

Yoomi: Okay listen here's the plan..

~Your POV~

I'm bored.

Like very.

After Yoongi left for work all I've done is watch TV.

(Ding)

I pull out my phone to look at my texts.

It was Yoomi.

(Texts)

Yoomi: Hey mom Can I stay the night at Jinyans?

Y/N: Sure. And Is everything okay Yoomi?

Yoomi: What do you mean?

Y/N: You acted a little strange this morning.

Yoomi: I was just tired that's all.

Y/N: Okay well have fun tonight and be careful. If you need anything just call me.

Yoomi: Will do.

I trust Jinyan. She seems like a nice girl.

Plus I trust Yoomi. She would never lie to me...

Right?

~Yoomis POV~

(Texts)

Yoomi: Hey mom Can I stay the night at Jinyans?

Vernon: So is everything good?
